What is Newk?

Newk® is a NEWKTAP S.A.S. platform with two apps: Newktap, for people who request at-home services (Tappers), and Newker, for people who provide them (Newkers). We are starting in Medellín.

How is the price of a service set?

The Tapper names how much they want to pay when posting a request. Each Newker can accept that offer or send a counteroffer, and the Tapper chooses the one they prefer.

How do I pay for a service?

With the card you save in Newktap. Payment happens inside the app.

How do I sign up as a Newker?

Download the Newker app once it is available, create your profile and choose the categories and area where you want to work.

What services can I request or offer?

Short at-home services in four categories: home, pets, personal care and car.

Which cities is Newk in?

We are starting in Medellín and will add more cities in Colombia.
